Returns 

If you want to return an item, you have 14 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so free of charge. The items should have all tags attached and be in perfect condition.

Return Label can be requested by emailing CrownedEmpressCollection@gmail.com.
Your Email Should Include:

-Name -Address -Order Number -Request Return

Exchanges

We only provide exchanges if the customer received the wrong order or have sizing issues. Order must be returned in the same condition it was received (unworn, tags attached, and not tampered with in any way). Once the item has been returned to Crowned Empress Collection, we will ship out the correct order to you within 24 hrs.
